One thing the best sales people know and embrace is the concept of continuous learning. This is why the top performers are usually the first people to sign up for a workshop, webinar or even sales coaching. They understand the importance of self improvement.
So, my question to you today is how often do you set aside time for your personal development and improvement? How much do you spend on your own self development? The rule of thumb regarding the spending on your self improvement is 1 to 5% of your income. This is called investing in yourself and it should be a regular part of your planning.
